Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Propvera, including the private beta.
Last updated: 22 August 20261. About Propvera
Propvera is a software platform designed to help real estate and property management agencies capture, organise, classify, follow up and manage property leads.
During the private beta, features may be incomplete, changed, removed or updated without notice.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, accessing the platform or using Propvera, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you are using Propvera on behalf of an agency or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
3. Beta access
Access to the private beta may be limited, invitation-only and subject to approval by Propvera.
Beta access may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time while the product is being tested and developed.
Unless otherwise stated, private beta access may be provided without charge during the testing period.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account.
You must provide accurate information and must not use another person's account without permission.
5. Permitted use
Propvera may be used for lawful business purposes connected with real estate, property management, lead management and related agency workflows.
You must not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with platform security, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use Propvera for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity.
6. Customer and lead data
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to enter, upload, collect or otherwise process personal information through Propvera.
Agencies remain responsible for their own legal and regulatory obligations relating to leads, customers, tenants, landlords, buyers, sellers and other contacts.
7. AI-powered features
Propvera may use artificial intelligence to classify, summarise or analyse lead information, including intent, temperature, priority and related signals.
AI-generated outputs are intended to assist users and may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular situation.
Users remain responsible for reviewing information and making final business decisions.
8. Availability and beta limitations
Propvera may experience outages, bugs, errors, interruptions or data synchronisation issues during development and beta testing.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access during the private beta.
9. Intellectual property
Propvera and its software, branding, interface, workflows, documentation and related materials are owned by or licensed to Propvera.
These terms do not transfer ownership of Propvera intellectual property to users.
10. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas or feedback during the beta, you allow Propvera to use that feedback to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you.
11. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe an account is being misused, creates security risks, breaches these terms or otherwise threatens the operation of the service.
Users may stop using Propvera at any time.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Propvera is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the beta service, including lost opportunities, lost profits or business interruption.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.
